Who we are

VKL Apps provides House Riddles and this website. Contact us about this policy or your information at contact@vklapps.com.

Game data on your device

Game progress, stars, language, sound and control preferences are stored locally. The game does not require an account and does not ask for your name, contacts, camera, microphone or precise location. Platform backup services may copy local settings according to your device settings.

Android analytics

Firebase Analytics is enabled automatically during normal gameplay. It processes level starts and completions, app interactions, device and app information, installation identifiers and approximate location inferred from network information. We use this information to understand usage and improve the game. We do not request precise location. Advertising ID collection and advertising consent are disabled; we do not use these events for personalized advertising.

Android crash reports

Firebase Crashlytics is enabled automatically. Google processes crash traces, app and operating-system versions, device information, installation and session identifiers, and the current level to diagnose failures and measure stability. These are technical records, not anonymous data. Firebase states that Crashlytics crash data and associated identifiers are retained for 90 days before removal begins.

Audience and data requests

House Riddles is intended for people aged 13 and older. The current Android version does not provide an in-game switch to disable analytics or crash reporting. You can contact contact@vklapps.com with privacy and deletion requests. Because no account is required, we may need limited technical information to locate records; please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information. Uninstalling stops future collection by the app but does not automatically delete previously uploaded records. The policy is available in Settings → About.

Website and support

This website has no advertising or analytics tags. Your language is determined by the page URL. Hosting providers process connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website. If you email us, we process your address and message to respond and keep them only as needed for support and applicable obligations. Do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.

Providers, rights and changes

Google Firebase processes enabled Android telemetry; the website uses Firebase Hosting and its hosting infrastructure. Providers may process information internationally. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, withdraw consent, object to processing or complain to a data protection authority. Contact contact@vklapps.com; we may need limited information to locate your request. We do not sell personal information. We update this page when practices change.

Request data deletion

To request deletion of House Riddles data, email contact@vklapps.com with the subject “House Riddles — data deletion”. Specify whether your request concerns support messages, usage analytics or crash reports. You do not need to create an account.

Requests may cover support messages and analytics records associated with identifiers we can verify. We may request minimal technical information to locate those records. Aggregated data that cannot identify your installation cannot be separated by user. Crashlytics reports follow the provider’s 90-day retention; uninstalling the game does not accelerate removal. We will explain which data could be deleted and whether any information must be retained to meet legal obligations.

To erase progress and preferences stored only on your device, use the clear app data option in Android settings. This erases your local progress.
